There are three terms you need to understand when beginning a home business startup.

1. Technician – this is the person who produces the product or service
2. Manager – this person makes sure the business runs smoothly and handles all the problems as they occur and sets up the procedures.
3. Entrepreneur – this person is always thinking creatively; what else can they do; what segment of the business relates to another; where can joint ventures be used etc.
